On November 11, 2010 I will be appearing at The Pennsylvania State University to speak about the U.S.. law and policy of targeted killing. The event will take place at the Dickinson School of Law from 12-1 p.m. in Room 116 at the Carlisle campus and will be telecast to room 241 of the University Park campus.
